Catherine Deutsch

Professor at the Université de Lorraine, a member of the CRULH, and a Senior Fellow of the Institut universitaire de France, Catherine Deutsch leads the Digital Casulana project as part of the programme “An Archaeology of Feminisms in Music”.

Marc Busnel

A singer specialising in Renaissance music and contemporary music, Marc Busnel collaborated with Catherine Deutsch on the polyphonic reconstruction of Casulana’s Primo libro de’ madrigali a quattro voci.

Nolwenn Le Gwern

A viol player specialising in Renaissance music, Nolwenn Le Gwern is the artistic director of the programme “Isabella, l’étoile des Médicis”, developed under the auspices of Doulce mémoire. In this context, she premiered Maddalena Casulana’s Primo libro de’ madrigali a quattro voci and directed the Digital Casulana video recordings.
